These Terms of Service govern the use of the B2BVolt business intelligence platform at B2Bvolt.com, which serves as a professional contact database and prospecting tool utilizing advanced data analytics. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and other data protection regulations when using our platform for outreach activities.

Users create accounts using email and password credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

B2BVolt is not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to compromised credentials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal activities or spam campaigns
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Sharing account credentials or reselling data without authorization
• Scraping or automated data extraction beyond API limits
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise our systems

B2BVolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes through the platform or email notifications.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, access to data exports and platform features will cease immediately.

All subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of initial purchase for technical issues that prevent platform usage. No refunds are provided for data exports or partial subscription periods.
